Phase 1: Initial Review – Evaluation of homeowners’ options, legal rights, and
requirements for a successful short sale.

Phase 2: Marketing/Sale of Home – Listing and preparing of home to sell at top dollar fast!

Phase 3: Negotiations – Presentation and Representation of Your Request for Short Sale.
This is where deals are made or lost, and it’s all up to your agent or representative to get your short sale done or you face foreclosure, simple as that. Here it is one on one, your representative and the banks representative. Whoever you choose to negotiate your short sale needs to be prepared, experienced, and savvy enough to know what the banks require and how to come to an agreement. If not then your chances at a successful short sale are slim to none.
